Creating the AS Academy was born out of my own experiences and the gap that I saw in the industry—a lack of mentorship and support for aspiring agents. I knew firsthand how challenging it could be to navigate the real estate world without guidance, and I also knew how having a community that supports you can really make a difference.

I'm Amanda Stapleton, a licensed realtor based in Chicago. I obtained my license at the age of 19 and have been a top-producing agent since 2020, specializing in negotiation and multifamily properties. Venturing into real estate investing at 23, I explored fix and flips, eventually expanding into a diverse portfolio of buy-and-hold properties. Over the years, I've assisted over 300 families in building generational wealth through real estate ownership. With a dedicated team, I've also mentored women to scale their businesses, maintaining my status as a top performer in the industry.

The real estate world became my playground, and I thrived in it.

The idea for AS Academy began to take shape when I realized the invaluable support I lacked in my early career. Without a mentor, I felt lost and made numerous mistakes along the way. However, I recognized that with proper guidance, I could have achieved even greater success. AS Academy isn't just about teaching real estate and investments—it's about empowering others to pursue their dreams, just as I have. I wanted to create a space where aspiring entrepreneurs and real estate agents could find the support, guidance, and inspiration they needed to succeed.

As I continue to lead AS Academy forward, my mission remains the same: to empower individuals to realize their full potential and create the life of their dreams. Because at the end of the day, success isn't just about what you achieve—it's about the impact you make along the way.
